Communication among all project stakeholders is one of the main factors for the project success. It is a prerequisite of getting the things done in the right way and in the right time. Knowledge is power: sharing knowledge is reciprocal empowering amongst project stakeholders. It is important never underestimate communication in project management. Communicate well, and the project will succeed. Communicate poorly, and even the most efficient efforts may be misperceived, misunderstood and poorly valued.

Documentary and Music Team Reaches Varanasi

Posted by Fausto Aarya De Santis on February 21, 2010 under News | Be the First to Comment

The  temple bells ring, while a man sitting cross leg on a platform facing the Ganges is meditating. It is sunrise and the city of Varanasi awakens by saluting the sun rising over the Ganges and illuminating the sacred city.

The Eugad documentary and music team reached Varanasi to discuss and understand what is it that we want to achieve through this film? What will be the “story” that the documentary will narrate? How do we arrive to this narrative approach?
