Communication among all project stakeholders is one of the main factors for the project success. It is a prerequisite of getting the things done in the right way and in the right time. Knowledge is power: sharing knowledge is reciprocal empowering amongst project stakeholders. It is important never underestimate communication in project management. Communicate well, and the project will succeed. Communicate poorly, and even the most efficient efforts may be misperceived, misunderstood and poorly valued.

“Today we start writing the MDG poetry, trying to discover its songs, discover its meaning and understand if and how achievable they are” told us Fausto De Santis, as he was getting ready to leave for Delhi. Fausto will be meeting with the EC and UN officials to gather information on ongoing projects in India and accordingly organise the logistics for the first phase of the Documentaries.

This phase will focus on understanding how is it that the documentary in India should be conceptualised, which path should it take? What script whould it have and how best can we bring out the human stories behind the MDGs.
