Reporting the project performance is to review the project progress against expected milestones, timelines and costs. The purpose of reporting is to share the information required to manage issues and Manage CSSQ (Cost, Scope, Schedule, and Quality).
It is functional to the objective of delivering the project outputs with the expected quality and within the time and cost costrains defined in the project plan document.

Related to the Call for proposals “Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development – Objective 1: Actions in partner countries (multi-country)”, the Concept Note of a new project, lead by the Municipality of Modena (Italy) along with Armadilla and the Eugad Partners, has just been sent on the 25th of February to the European Commission.
The overall objective of the Action is to contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of the disadvantaged and marginalized people living in West Africa, by empowering communities and Local Authorities of that target areas to develop Community based responsible Eco-tourism for an improved livelihood and a sustainable management of natural resources. The specific objective of the Action is to empower beneficiaries to tackle the problems identified in their area and to induce changes in the factors generating these problems, by making the voices of common people heard in local development policies and plans as well.
