“As an accademician, would you like to express the profession you’ve chosen at your best, improve it, but still remain in the field of profession that you’ve chosen? If so, then please explore and enjoy Cuscos, by taking part in any of its International Cooperation projects!” says Giovanni Guaraldi, current President of Cuscos.
Any time you are in contact with different cultures and work together on various projects, you need: economic, social and human skills like those practiced by experts of communication, engineers, economists, anthropologist, etc. For, the mere actions of giving aid, like only providing medicines in projects finalized to struggle against HIV, is not only not sufficient but also may have a negative impact, as not leading to mutual growth but creating a hyrarchy of the giver and the taker.
Prof. Guaraldi believes that it is through experiences which one gains by participationg in International Cooperation Project, a person can really enrich his professional skills, besides the human experience that one derives from it.
