In order to convey an efficacious Communication supporting Cooperation for Development, Fabio Poggi, Assessor for International Cooperation in Modena (Italy), talks about the experience of his city and the powerful tool which he has found in a direct contact with “meaningful witnesses”. But, how do we measure the effective impact that International Cooperation activities have on common people? What are the appropriate indicators to evaluate this?

In this interview, Mr Poggi says that we should work together to define these indicators by starting from the very first step: the sharing of skills and synergies among the different Offices of the same Municipality!
